I went to your recommended wholesale VoIP provider, Inphonex, and read the features of their 800 inbound service. I found a disturbing restriction at the bottom of the page you linked to:

"PBX users such as Asterisk are not permitted to use Unlimited Calling Plans. "

Did you break their system with your blog post? :-)

Also, I tried to call you at the 800 number you gave, but the message appears to be for someone else and I didn't get a chance to enter your extension.  Maybe that's connected to the "no Asterisk" restriction.

I do see lots of other Asterisk-friendly wholesale providers, so if Inphonex doesn't like us, that's not the end of the world.
