Just wondering if anyone knows of any good sites that discuss the networking side of the VOIP I want to have two subnets one for the VOIP and the other for the computers using a POE switch how would I route the calls out the dedicated DSL and the computers out the internet DSL

Hi Lester,

I think our router needed a re-boot. Power went over the weekend and our office is closed today. As far as the unlimited calling … looks like a new addition. Disturbing. I got your voice message though in my email so it isn’t inphonex shutting me down.

Thanks for a great summary about putting an office PBX together. Just a couple of questions.

I went to your recommended wholesale VoIP provider, Inphonex, and read the features of their 800 inbound service. I found a disturbing restriction at the bottom of the page you linked to:

“PBX users such as Asterisk are not permitted to use Unlimited Calling Plans. ”

Did you break their system with your blog post? :-)

Also, I tried to call you at the 800 number you gave, but the message appears to be for someone else and I didn’t get a chance to enter your extension. Maybe that’s connected to the “no Asterisk” restriction.

I do see lots of other Asterisk-friendly wholesale providers, so if Inphonex doesn’t like us, that’s not the end of the world.

for eg i have two LAN cards with IP 192.168.0.1 & 58.69.111.106

voip user ID=xyz
pass=12345
voip provider=205.198.1.1
i want to use soft phone..

please help me out…
