To post as report, paste the complete html source of your report and click "send".
(in IE you can view the source by right clicking and selecting "view source")

You can post any comment on your report by writing it in the comment-text-area.
Comments can be 100 chars long, but try to keep it as short as possible.
Ofcourse, you can just keep the comment-text-area empty.

If you are still unsure of what to do, always ask one of your guildmates that is familiar with the system first.
